Circus Maximus’ contribution was three of Europe’s most important mile races – the St James’s Palace Stakes, Prix du Moulin and Queen Anne Stakes. Circus Maximus’ dam Duntle won the Gr.2 Duke of Cambridge Stakes over a mile at Royal Ascot and was first past the post in the Gr.1 Matron Stakes (demoted to second). Circus Maximus’ family is also responsible for the increasingly influential American stallion Munnings, sire of 18 SWs in 2021 including one of America’s best 2YOs, the Gr.1 Champagne Stakes winner Jack Christopher. Munnings’ first 5 crops were sired from $10,000 to $12,500 nominations, however his continued success has seen his fee for 2022 rise to $85,000. Galileo’s stallion sons out of mares by Danehill include the very successful Frankel and Teofilo. Circus Maximus enjoys the advantage of having DANEHILL one generation further back in his pedigree than them. Daughters of six different sons of Danehill have produced SWs to stallions bred on the Galileo/Danehill cross. GREEN DESERT line mares are already successful with Galileo stallions with dams by Danehill. Daughters of OASIS DREAM have five Group winners by them, including two Gr.1 winners, while GREEN DESERT mares have three, and CAPE CROSS and INVINCIBLE SPIRIT have one each. Teofilo’s successful son Havana Gold has a dam by DESERT STYLE , whereas Intello’s Gr.1 winner Intellogent has a dam by KHELEYF . Galileo has sired Classic winners from GREEN DESERT and CAPE CROSS mares. Other sons of DANZIG which have succeeded with Teofilo are SHAADI , ZIETEN and ANABAA - a stallion who has done very well with Galileo. The GRAND LODGE line supplied Teofilo with Classic winner Voleuse de Coeurs and Trading Leather (dam by SINNDAR ).

The BLUSHING GROOM line also has a lot to offer. Teofilo has Gr.1 winners with dams by RAINBOW QUEST and MT LIVERMORE , plus Gr.2 winners with dams by QUEST TO FAME and GROOM DANCER . RAHY mares have 30
