Kingman’s Gr.2 winners Public Sector and Elizabeth Tower have dams by MONTJEU and DOYEN . Mares by IN THE WINGS’s sons SOLDIER HOLLOW and SINGSPIEL have GWs by Kingman, including a Gr.1 winner. Kingman has already sired the speedy Poetry and the smart Roseman from daughters of PIVOTAL . Kingman’s record suggests that Calyx could shine with a second line of GREEN DESERT , as his Gr.2 winners Fearless King and Technical Analysis and Gr.3 winner Chachnak are inbred 3x4. The smart American filly Technical Analysis has a dam by SEA THE STARS . Kingman also has the speedy Alligator Alley out of a CAPE CROSS mare. Mares by SHOWCASING would create 4x4 inbreeding to Green Desert and to Kingman’s 2nd dam Hope. The DANEHILL branch is making its mark with Kingman as classic winner Persian King has a dam by DYLAN THOMAS and he also has GWs out of mares by DANSILI , CHAMPS ELYSEES , DANEHILL DANCER , EXCEED AND EXCEL . The smart Sangarius has a second dam by DANEHILL . Calyx can be expected to do well with mares by Danehill’s many stallion sons, such as DANSILI , DANEHILL DANCER , EXCEED AND EXCEL , FASTNET ROCK , ROCK OF GIBRALTAR , HOLY ROMAN EMPEROR , CLODOVIL and KODIAC (producing 4x3 to Rafha). Kingman has Group-placed performers out of mares by ROYAL APPLAUSE and his son ACCLAMATION . There’s no obstacle to adding more MR PROSPECTOR blood. Kingman’s outstanding miler Palace Pier has a dam by NAYEF , he has a Gr.2 winner from a KING’S BEST mare and Listed winners out of mares by KINGMAMBO , LEMON DROP KID and ARCHIPENKO . Invincible Spirit has 13% SWs, out of MACHIAVELLIAN mares and Kingman has American Gr.1 winner Domestic Spending from a mare by Machiavellian’s son STREET CRY . Calyx would be interesting with daughters of stallions with dams by MACHIAVELLIAN , especially ZOFFANY , DARK ANGEL and SHAMARDAL . Then there’s LOPE DE VEGA , with his close inbreeding to MACHIAVELLIAN . Kingman has a Gr.2 winner and a SW out of mares by sons of STORM CAT . GIANT’S CAUSEWAY sired the second dam of his Gr.1 winner Persian King.
