Evie leads in Brave Anna after her homebred won a maiden at the Curragh in the famous ‘Madonna blue’ and brown colours that belonged to her late husband Tom Magnier. Brave Anna went on to win the Group 1 Cheveley Park Stakes while her sibling Hit It A Bomb won the Grade 1 Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Turf. Their dam Liscanna and granddam Lahinch also ran in her colours. Evie and the next three generations pictured following the success of Fairyland, bred by her daughter Anne O’Callaghan, in the Flying Five Stakes-Gr.1 at the Curragh.

HM Queen elizabeth II

During her historic visit to Ireland in 2011, HM The Queen paid a visit to Coolmore. She had a lifelong passion for racing and her distinctive purple and red colours were carried by the likes of dual Classic winners Highclere and Dunfermline along with Ascot Gold Cup winner Estimate.
