Recently planted Hazel and Holly screens are both attractive and give great shelter all year round. The Hazel provides essential early pollen for bees in Feb/March on their striking abundant catkins and also produce a great crop of edible nuts every autumn. Holly berries are not only attractive but also offer food for a wide range of birds in autumn and winter.
