Quality Oats Oats form part of the balanced diet for our horses, and to ensure the highest quality possible we grow our own. Some of the machinery we use to harvest is built to our own speci fi cations as is the purpose-built store the crop is gathered into. The oats must pass through a rigorous quality assurance programme are regularly inspected and tested by expert consultants to ensure a fi nal product of the highest quality. It’s that detail thing, and the fact that at Coolmore, there is no such thing as a minor one.
