Enjoying retirement Once the time comes for our stallions and broodmares to retire they continue to enjoy the lush pasture here on the farm along with the best of care. The same goes for some old friends from the National Hunt scene. 28-year-old MARIAH’S STORM (dam of ‘The Iron Horse’ Giant’s Causeway) in centre flanked by 20-year-old ON PARADE (dam of Grade 2 winner Parading) and 23-year-old NAUSICAA (dam of Group winners Memory and Remember Alexander).

23-year-old RHINESTONE COWBOY , pictured below left wearing specially designed boots, won 10 races including the Grade 1 Aintree Hurdle and the Grade 1 Champion Stayers Hurdle at Punchestown, both under amateur rider JP Magnier.

26-year-old NATIVE UPMANSHIP won a total of 16 races including two renewals of both the Grade 1 Melling Chase at Aintree and the Grade 1 John Durkan Memorial Chase at Punchestown.
