The best of everything Coolmore is located in the heart of the Golden Vale on some of the best quality limestone grazing land in Ireland. Those who board their horses here know that they will thrive on the rich pastures. They also know that Coolmore has invested in an infrastructure that is second to none. This coupled with an experienced and dedicated workforce ensures that the finest service imaginable is provided to each and every horse on the farm. Put simply, we care for your horses just like our own. The Niarchos Family in particular have enjoyed some spectacular success over the past two years with homebreds born, raised and broken here at Coolmore including Group 1 winners Alpha Centauri (Mastercraftsman), Study Of Man, Circus Maximus (Galileo) and Albigna (Zoffany). They also partnered in 2,000 Guineas

winner Magna Grecia, having been very taken with him at the farm as a yearling. European Champion 3YO Filly Alpha Centauri, whose career was cut short due to injury, retired to Coolmore to recuperate and was teamed up with ‘Zilla’ to keep her company. She is now in foal to Galileo. Other major breeders who board mares full-time at Coolmore include...

The state-of-the-art facilities include three surgical suites, an intensive care facility featuring a neonatal critical care unit, as well as an advanced diagnostic imaging facility. Short keyhole joint surgery, standing fracture repair, mare reproductive and colic surgery are routine procedures undertaken here.

Diagnostic tools include Digital X-ray, Endoscopy, Ultrasound examination and Arthroscopy in addition to a fully equipped diagnostic laboratory. The practice is also at the forefront of 3D imaging with the very latest in diagnostic CT technology. Four Board Certified Equine Surgeons, along with a Board Certified Internal Medicine Specialist are presently working in the hospital, assisted by five interns, five veterinary nurses, laboratory, barn and administrative staff. There is 24-hour cover provided at the hospital with several vets and a nurse living on site to ensure the highest standard of veterinary care.

The CT scanner, which is the only one of its kind in the country, is capable of capturing high resolution 3D images while the horse is standing.

in achieving a Timeform rating of 100p on debut. Only seven other juveniles in Britain or Ireland this season have achieved a rating of 100+ on debut, putting Brentford Hope - who is a top price of 40/1 for the Investec Derby - in a select bracket of horses.

BRENTFORD HOPE made a big impression when winning a Newmarket maiden by 5 lengths for Richard Hughes in the colours of Sean & Bernardine Mulryan
