An Eye to the Future 2016 saw the inaugural coolmore challenge programme whereby four existing young staff members were selected to take part in a two year rotational work experience and education programme to learn about every dimension of the business throughout coolmore in ireland, kentucky and australia. the next intake is in 2018, and ideally participants will have some work experience with coolmore prior to selection. anyone interested should contact aideen Roche at aroche@coolmore.ie
